1. Introduction
Welcome to AlAineurs Tour Guide ("Website"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by AlAineurs Tour Guide. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
Our website offers information and bookings for guided tours experiences. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized representative.
  • Solo tourists or group of up to three people can book up to 4 hours before the tour.
  • Booking confirmation will be completed after filling out a document that will be sent to the registered email. If the document is not completed, the booking will not be confirmed.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept payments through Credit/Debit cards only.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date ( all packages ) may be eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee ( Adventure of Al Ain city tour ) and 30% cancellation fee ( Al Ain city Tour & UAE and Heritage Tour ) 
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or for no-shows.
  • If the required document for booking confirmation is not completed, the booking will not be confirmed, and a refund may be processed accordingly.
  • AlAineurs reserves the right to cancel a booking if certain requirements in the confirmation document are not met. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • If AlAineurs cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies), customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information during booking and filling the document sent to registered email.
  • Customers should arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
  • Any special requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, medical conditions) should be communicated in advance in the document sent to registered email.
  • Customers must comply with local laws and regulations during the tour.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
  • Participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AlAineurs tour guide and protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
